Stadium Code of Conduct

1. Items that are not permitted to enter the Stadium


(a) illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs;
(b) flares, fireworks, weapons, explosives and smoke bombs;
(c) any beverages in closed containers;
(d) glass bottles, cans and breakable containers;
(e) missiles of any description
(f) equipment such as skateboards, rollerblades and bicycles , except baby carriage and wheel chair;
(g) animals and pets (other than Assistance Dogs);
(h) laser pointers;
(i) non -accredited photographic equipment and recording devices for
commercial purposes (including audio and audio -video equipment or devices);
(j) confetti or shredded paper;
(k) flag poles composed of materials other than plastic or wood or greater than 2.5 metres in length;
(l) political flags, emblems or insignia (except for the recognised national flags, emblems or insignia of any of the teams competing in the Competition) or offensive or inappropriate banners, whether written in English or a foreign language;
(m) any signs, banners or materials (including clothing) displaying unauthorised commercial or promotional content, whether written in English or a for eign language;
(n) eskies, coolers and iceboxes;
(o) cigarette lighters and umbrella;
(p) any alcoholic drinks ;
(q) any flying objects such as drone ;
(r) any item determined by LOC or Venue management that may interfere with the security of a Venue or match or cause injury, public nuisance or which is deemed dangerous or hazardous to fellow spectators


Prohibited items above may be removed, confiscated or destroyed without compensation
or any obligation to return the items to the Patron .

2. Activities that are prohibited/restricted within the Venue


(a) smoking (other than in a designated area);
(b) displaying commercial or offensive signage;
(c) any conduct which interferes with a match or is dangerous or disruptive including throwing objects of any description;
(d) striking o r igniting flares, fireworks, explosives and or smoke bombs;
(e) the use of any chanting, language or conduct which is likely to offend, insult, humiliate, disparage or vilify any reasonable person on the basis of gender, race, religion, culture, colour, desce nt, country of origin, or disability;
(f) concealing identity with a scarf, balaclava, mask or other item unless for a religious, medical or other justifiable reason;
(g) unauthorised storage of equipment or standing/sitting in aisles or walkways;
(h) public nudity or indecency;
(i) defacing a Venue or third party property or defacing or obscuring any notice, signage or advertisement within a Venue;
(j) unauthorised commercial activities including, soliciting, customer surveying, promotions, advertising or marketing (including by way of distributing or offering any goods or services for sale in or around the Venue);
entering or attempting to enter any restricted or prohibited area without proper authorisation (including the field of play, a player dressing room or official area, roofs, masts, fences or structures in or around the Venue);
(k) conducting or causing to be conducted any form of betting or gambling within the Venue or collecting, disseminating, transmitting, publishing or releasing from the Venue (by any means or using a ny device) any score, result, statistic or data for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose;
(l) offering, attempting to offer, or acting in concert with persons offering, any form of bribe or reward to a third party to fix, or otherwise improperly influe nce any match or the Competition;
(m) any form of ambush marketing (including by representing, promoting or advertising that the Patron or any organisation has a connection or association with LOC, Asian Football Confederation (AFC) or the Competition which they do not have (including by using any logos, indicia or words associated with the Competition without AFC's prior written approval) or any unauthorise d use of the intellectual property rights of LOC or AFC or any activity which otherwise exploits the publicity or goodwill of the Competition without AFC's written permission or any activity which LOC or AFC determine denigrates the rights of AFC, LOC or any third party associated with the Competition (including sponsors).
(n) live broadcasting of the match, or any video recording for commercial purposes unless it is authorized by AFC

3. Additional instructions to be applied across all four venues


Prohibition of bottles or any other form of closed containers

Stadium Visitors shall not be permitted to bring into the Stadium bottles or any other form of closed containers that may be thrown and cause injury.
All liquids of any kind (including any beverages) shall be served ins ide the Stadia in plastic or paper cups in accordance with the security proceedings applied in AFC Competitions.

Restriction on size of flags and banners

Unless otherwise authorised by AFC General Coordinator at each respective venue in advance, spectators shall not be permitted to bring into the Stadium any banners or flags larger than 250cm in size at their widest or longest section.
All access stairways and emergency exits must be kept clear of flags and banners which shall also n ot unreasonably obstruct the view of other spectators or camera positions at all times to the best possible extent. All floggers and flags must be stored inside the boundary fence and shall not obscure perimeter dressings and venue advertising.
Venue secu rity team shall assist to confiscate any flag or banner that carries offensive, discriminatory or inflammatory messaging as judged by the AFC General Coordinator at the venue.

Use of musical instruments

All mechanically - operated instruments which pro duce an excessive volume of noise such as hooters or gas - powered horns, including vuvuzelas, shall not be allowed and any person in possession of such items shall be refused entry to the Stadium.

4 . Spectator code of behaviuor


A spectator present at AFC - Women Asian Cup Jordan 2018 ( Competition ) match must:

a)   respect the decisions of match officials;
b)   respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender,
c)   not use violence in any form, whether it is against other spectators, team officials
(including coaches), match officials or players;
d)   not engage in discrimination, harassment or abuse in any form, including the use of obscene or offensive language or gestures, the incitement of hatred or violence or partaking in indecent or racist chanting;
e)   comply with any terms of entry of a venue, including bag inspections, prohibited and restricted items such as flares, missiles, dangerous articles and items that have the potential to cause injury or public nuisa nce;
f)   not, and must not attempt to, bring into a venue political flags, emblems or
insignia (except for the recognised national flags, emblems or insignia of any of the teams competing in the Competition) or offensive or inappropriate banners, whether writ ten in English or a foreign language;
g)   not throw missiles (including on to the field of play or at other spectators) and
must not enter the field of play or its surrounds without lawful authority;
h)   conduct themselves in a manner that enhances, rather than injures, the reputation and goodwill of AFC or LOC, and football generally.
Any person who does not comply with the above or who otherwise causes a disturbance may be evicted from a venue and banned from attending future matches.
